NOTARIAL PRACTICES IN THE FIELD OF MIGRATION

The article is devoted to the interaction and mutual influence of public and private law elements of regulation of notarial activity in connection with the recent trend towards increasing state control over the institution of notaries. The author's definitions of the concepts of "notarial practices" and "migration sphere" are substantiated, and possible interpretations of these concepts in private and public aspects are shown. Their inextricable relationship is emphasized. De lege ferenda, recommendations are offered regarding the legal regulation of the status of persons performing official translations of legally significant texts.
