PASSIONARITY AS A TOOL FOR THE STABILITY OF RUSSIA'S DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the review of the principle of passionarity as a tool for moving forward in the development of Russia. The author develops the idea that the source of global changes and transformations in Russia is the active activity of passionate personalities. Analytical work has been carried out to assess the emerging passion impulse, which will spread to the whole country. A justifying conclusion is made that the peoples of Russia will have to create an image of the future, solve the tasks facing the country and the more passionate people in society, the more actively the territory and the state located on it develop.
