FORMATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

The agricultural sector plays a vital socio-economic role in Africa, providing a significant portion of GDP and employment for the majority of the population. However, the productivity of the sector is extremely low due to the insufficient level of education of the main producers of agricultural products. The popularization and development of agricultural education in the SSA countries can lead to poverty reduction, lower unemployment and better food security.
