FORMATION OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF AN EMPLOYEE OF AN ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR POTENTIAL AND PERSONNEL RISK MANAGEMENT

The article reflects the study of the process of formation of competitive advantages of employees in their professional activities. The possibilities of formation and development of labor potential, improvement of the qualification level of human resources and the danger of various risks in this area are considered. The analysis of the content of the competitive advantages of employees is carried out and the ways of their formation for the development of labor potential and improvement of labor efficiency are highlighted. Various ways of developing labor potential in the context of increasing the competitiveness of employees, minimizing personnel risks and identifying problem areas in the enterprise are considered. In the work, labor potential is considered as a tool for establishing and expanding the competitive advantages of employees and the possibility of reducing the likelihood of risks and neutralizing their negative impact on the workflow. The purpose of the study is to study the specifics of the formation of competitive advantages of employees in the context of personnel risk management. The object of the work is the development of labor potential, and the subject is competitive advantages in the space of personnel risk management. At the final stage of the work, recommendations are proposed for the development of competitive advantages of employees, prevention and reduction of personnel risks.
