This article examines the administrative responsibility for non-payment of alimony in Russia, highlighting the 2021 legislative changes and key issues in holding non-payers accountable. The focus is on the complexities involved in determining systematic evasion and the evidential basis. Recent clarifications by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, which expand the grounds for responsibility including payments of insufficient alimony, are discussed. The author offers recommendations to improve judicial practice, which facilitates effective alimony collection and the protection of children's rights. This article is intended for specialists in family and administrative law, judges, law enforcement officials, and anyone interested in issues related to improving the legal protection of alimony rights.
