STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING FINANCIAL AND INVESTMENT PROVISION OF INNOVATION-ACTIVE ENTERPRISES: FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MODERN ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The performance of innovative companies directly depends on the rationality of the choice of the strategy for managing their financial and investment support. The article provides a clarified definition of the strategy for managing the financing of an innovative enterprise. In accordance with the proposed approach, the strategy for financing an innovative enterprise is a set of interrelated long-term priorities in terms of forming the optimal composition and structure of attracting financial and investment resources at an acceptable cost, with an acceptable level of risk for a particular company. The features of aggressive, conservative and balanced strategies for managing the financial and investment support of innovative enterprises are considered. The main problems of implementing such strategies during the pandemic-sanctions crisis in the development of the Russian economy (2020 - 2023) are highlighted.
