MENTORING AS A SOCIO-MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND TECHNOLOGY

The relevance of this study is conditioned by the fact that socio-professional adaptation and qualification training of university graduates represent key factors of sustainable reproduction of labour resources. The objectives of this study are to analyze mentoring as an emergent system of social interaction and social management technology aimed at improving the professional training and adaptation of young workers in the professional environment; to identify the most effective methods of mentoring acceptable for implementation in modern organizations. The paper attempts to define the structural components of mentoring based on the methodological position of its nature. Based on the sociological approach, the authors consider different levels and methods of mentoring in the context of participative human resource management.
