THE INNOVATION PROCESS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The article examines the innovation process and analyzes various concepts of its development over a certain period of time. The reader's attention is focused on the current state of the innovation process, which is currently taking place in the context of digital transformation. At the same time, the emphasis is placed in such a way as to trace the progressive process from the origin of the first concepts of the innovation process to the current state, which is being updated in the context of digital transformation. The result of all this is an understanding of the innovation process in new conditions, which significantly changes the essence of innovation development, it acquires a non-linear character, thereby providing a synergistic effect, which basically contains a progressive process of increment of knowledge and their development at a different qualitative level, which manifests itself through the innovativeness of intangible resources.
