CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN BANKS AND INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE DIGITAL SPACE

Digitalization is an inevitable and global process of introducing information technologies into various aspects of interaction between economic entities. At the same time, it is obvious that the banking sector is a driver of digitalization, on the one hand, changing already established processes in terms of implementation, and on the other, creating qualitatively new products and tools based on modern technologies. It appears that these processes unify market circulation, simplify routine activities, minimize errors and allow manufacturers to concentrate on creating, maintaining and improving their own products. It seems that banks are not the only legislators in the designated digitalization process. Independent developers also offer successful trading solutions in which banks have an independent role, but communication between the parties to transactions is already hidden from financial institutions - the latter operate according to rules agreed upon with the trading platform without the possibility of personal communication with buyers and sellers. In general, the role of technological progress in the formation of new models of interaction between market participants and banks is noted, making them more flexible, secure and efficient. The integration of advanced technologies not only simplifies many operational processes, but also speeds up the response of market participants to new conditions, allowing them to adapt to them most quickly and successfully.
