This article discusses mathematical modeling that can significantly increase the effectiveness and competitiveness of small and medium-sized construction businesses within business networks, and their value for potential clients. The unification of small and medium-sized construction enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) into entrepreneurial networks (hereinafter referred to as PS MSSPs) creates a favorable environment for the development of healthy competition, and most importantly, stimulates the introduction of modern technologies, which can significantly reduce the innovation and technological gap relative to the world's best practitioners, improve the administrative environment, strive for accessibility and reliability of financing for SMEs, develop infrastructure, and the service component. With the help of mathematical modeling and forecasting, it is possible to provide the necessary path for the development of the functioning of construction enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation and the Samara region.
