THE IDEA OF JUSTICE IN N.N. ALEKSEEV'S PHENOMENOLOGICAL AND AXIOLOGICAL DOCTRINE OF LAW

The article examines N.N. Alekseev's doctrine of law in terms of reflecting the idea of justice in it. The phenomenological and axiological interpretation of justice carried out by the thinker is reconstructed. A comparative analysis of the position of N.N. Alekseev with the views on justice of other representatives of both domestic (I.A. Ilyin) and foreign (J. Rolls) legal thought is carried out. It is concluded that N.N. Alekseev formulates a legal interpretation of the idea of justice as a reflection of the hierarchical order of values existing in society.
