STRATEGIC APPROACHES TO MANAGING AN ORGANIZATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article discusses strategic approaches to managing an organization in modern conditions. It is established that the strategy is the art of achieving the desired development structure and its compliance with the tasks of each stage of the organization's life cycle. It was found out that the analysis of the state and structure of the organization's development potential, diagnostics of its individual components and the structural relationship between them, assessment of the existing interdependence and interaction of the internal structure of the development potential with existing contradictions of the external environment, monitoring the consistency of changes in proportions in the potential structure in case of transition to another quality helps to form an individual development strategy, taking into account all the specific features where strategy is an art and knowledge is the main tool.
