INTERNATIONAL AND PUBLIC LEGAL ASPECTS OF ENSURING DIGITALIZATION IN THE EAEU

The article highlights the key aspects and challenges related to digitalization in the EAEU countries, with a focus on the international and public legal aspects of this process. The main legislative acts and documents regulating digital integration within the union are considered, as well as the impact of interstate standards and norms on digital security. The article analyzes in detail the successful projects and initiatives presented at the Caspian Digital Forum 2023 and the Digital Forum in Almaty and their contribution to the development of the digital economy in the region. Challenges and possible solutions at the international level, including technical and legal aspects, are also highlighted. The article concludes with recommendations for improving the legal framework for digitalization and prospects for the development of the digital economy in the EAEU, highlighting the importance of harmonizing legislation and strengthening international cooperation.
