ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF THE MAIN FACTORS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The article considers the assessment of the impact of various factors on regional economic development. The influence of changes in the frequency, scale and time of natural, man-made, biological, social and other cataclysms on the systemic stability of regional economic development is considered. The necessity of increasing the effectiveness of programs and projects implemented in territorial units and harmonization of project activities in the region is substantiated. Directions for improving the use of various resources for socio-economic regional development and creating a comfortable environment for people and society have been developed. Proposals have been developed to ensure the targeted and effective use of financial expenditures to achieve the objectives of programs and projects. As part of the study of regional peculiarities, the author's methodological recommendations for the development of regional program activities, taking into account the peculiarities of the region, are proposed.
