PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF LEGAL REGULATION

The article analyzes the concept of ownership from a legal point of view. The monitoring of the protection of the property of individual foreign states was carried out, the specifics of the Russian legal regulation of this institution were determined. It is concluded that property is currently under state protection, despite the fact that there are conflicts in the legal system that allow it to be alienated to other users on illegal terms. It is concluded that judicial practice and the system of legal regulation should be regularly improved in relation to property, for the purpose of which it is necessary to monitor the movement of property in the system of legal relations of the country. The purpose of the article is to explore the mechanism of legal protection of property in Russia and abroad.
