THE MODEL OF SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF ENERGY GENERATING COMPANIES

The purpose of the study is to develop a model of sustainable growth of energy generating companies. The article considers the basic growth quality matrix; the key indicators of the strategic analysis of sustainable growth are considered. The key indicator, the growth sustainability index, is disclosed in detail, and its key elements are described. The analysis of energy generating companies is carried out. The results of an empirical analysis of the growth quality of energy generating companies are presented, their features are identified and an adjustment of the sustainable development model is proposed taking into account these features. The article also tested the proposed model, drew conclusions and graphically presented the results.
