The article reveals the specifics of organizing e-commerce in cross-border supply chains, defines the characteristic features of its rapid development, primarily in the B2C sector, and examines the network nature of logistics services. It substantiates the provisions according to which, in modern economic conditions, thanks to the use of the Internet and the widespread use of modern information technologies, a significant part of international commercial transactions are carried out through the use of electronic trading platforms, which predetermines and creates the necessary prerequisites for the development of logistics for tracking shipments at all stages of the international supply chain, including in real time.
The purpose of this study is to substantiate the directions for reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of cross-border network trade through the intensive use of logistics innovations.
