at the present moment, an active digital transformation is taking place in the global economic system. This process is accompanied by a change in the balance of competitiveness factors that organizations use in the process of carrying out economic activities. Modern digital technologies are becoming increasingly important. One of the most advanced is artificial intelligence. This technology finds its active application in integration into the corporate governance process. The implementation of this task makes it possible to optimize costs, increase labor productivity, and minimize risks in the process of making managerial decisions. The article provides an overview of the practice of integrating artificial intelligence into the corporate governance mechanisms of domestic companies, as well as summarizes the risks associated with this process.
