CURRENT ISSUES IN REGULATING THE ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS

In the modern world, the role and influence of public associations to solve important social problems is increasing. The participation of citizens in the activities of public associations makes it possible to strengthen stability in society and accumulate social capital. Increasing the role of public associations, it is necessary to take into account the world's best practices in the legal regulation of such public associations. Financial benefits are often provided for socially oriented public organizations. There is an international practice of stimulating charitable donations from individuals and legal entities aimed at supporting and solving social issues. Today in Russia there is a significant increase in public activity related to the support of SVO participants and their families. A huge number of citizens of the country take part in collecting humanitarian aid and supporting veterans. Analysis and consideration of best practices in regulating public associations allows us to formulate certain prospects for further improvement of the legal regulation of the activities of such public associations.
