BEEKEEPING AS A PROMISING DIRECTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF APITOURISM IN THE KRASNODAR TERRITORY

The article examines the origins of beekeeping, the current state of beekeeping farms in the Krasnodar Territory, leading sightseeing activities. A detailed description of apitourism as a new promising area of the tourism industry is given. Both the general characteristics of this trend in its main forms and its implementation in individual examples of beekeeping farms are shown. Given the large influx of tourists, excursions to apiaries are becoming more and more popular. Tasting and purchase of bee products are an obligatory part of the program for guests of the region and an excellent direction for the development of apitourism in the Krasnodar Territory, problems have been identified and the main directions of development have been outlined.
