The article examines inventory management in the defense-industrial complex with a focus on dual-use products. It explores both traditional and modern inventory management models, emphasizing their role in ensuring production continuity and minimizing financial risks. Special attention is given to the importance of digitalization and the integration of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, for optimizing warehouse processes and replenishment strategies. The benefits of using mathematical models to overcome uncertainty in demand and supply are discussed. It is shown that managing dual-use inventories requires balancing civilian and military applications, as well as adapting to changes in market conditions. The conclusion highlights the need for innovative approaches to inventory management in the face of increasing digitalization, offering opportunities for product diversification within the DIC and enhancing its competitiveness in the evolving economic landscape.
