ON THE ISSUE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

The article discusses current issues and problems of regulation of electronic commerce, which has been developing more and more actively in recent years. It is accompanied by many problems and factors that require the elaboration of a high-quality system of legislative regulation. In particular, the article examines the problems of regulating marketplaces, provides a critical overview of a possible draft law currently being considered by the government of the Russian Federation. The difficulties and specifics of the application of legislation on violations of personal data and the protection of cryptographic cryptography and personal data of market participants are also identified. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve and increase the transparency of legislation in the field of electronic commerce, taking into account the balance of interests of all market participants.
