MEDICAL BLOGGING AND THE SOCIOLOGY OF THE DIGITAL DIVIDE IN HEALTHCARE: AN ANALYSIS OF THE AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION AND POTENTIAL NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES FOR VULNERABLE GROUPS OF THE POPULATION

In the context of the complete digital transformation of the industry, the question of the readiness of medical workers to change the work of the entire healthcare system remains open. Therefore, the study aims to analyze medical blogging and identify the sociology of the digital divide in healthcare. The relevance of the topic lies in the necessary analysis of the accessibility of information about health, medicines and medical services provided in medical institutions to the general population. Consequently, the widening of the digital divide can have negative consequences, such as the unavailability of high-quality medical information for vulnerable populations. Material and methods. The study is based on data obtained during a survey, analysis and data processing conducted among medical personnel working in private and public health organizations. The survey includes questions related to aspects of digital literacy of healthcare professionals. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents (92%) are women. The respondents are represented in different age groups, mainly between the ages of 25 and 45 (79%). The study showed that the use of digital technologies in some areas of medicine improves decision-making processes in the field of medical care, care and is associated with a high level of satisfaction with health services. The results of the study emphasize that modern medicine relies on innovative technologies and artificial intelligence, which play an important role by providing opportunities and methods to improve healthcare efficiency, improve service efficiency and expand the availability of medical services.
