The article examines the problem of the subject of implementation of innovative technological development (ITD) projects, which plays a key role in the practical implementation of corporate-level innovative development programs. A model is proposed and the functionality of such a center within the corporation is described, which will ensure the synchronization of the corporate-level innovative development strategy with national strategies for scientific and technological development, the implementation of relevant programs within the framework of the created process of ITD project management, ensuring the economic effect for the corporation.
