In modern construction, there is a significant increase in interest in innovative technologies, which requires companies to be flexible and adaptable. Partnerships between construction companies and technological startups are becoming essential for the implementation of new technologies and enhancing competitiveness. In this context, economic-mathematical modeling (EMM) provides the most effective tools for analyzing, optimizing, and forecasting the results of such interactions. Given the relevance of developing this business sector, this article examines existing approaches in EMM aimed at improving partnerships between construction companies and startups. Based on the conducted research, we have also developed and presented a new multi-criteria economic-mathematical model that describes cooperation between a construction company and a technological startup, taking into account various factors such as cost, quality, time of execution, and sustainability.
