FEATURES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF HOMEWORKERS LABOR

the article is devoted to the study of the features of legal regulation of homeworkers' labor in Russia. The study used dialectical, logical, normative and formal-legal methods of scientific research. The key problems arising in the process of homeworkers' labor activity were identified. In order to formulate and substantiate proposals for amendments to Russian labor legislation, the features of the employment contract concluded with homeworkers were analyzed. It is noted that the current regulatory framework does not fully take into account the features of homework, which leads to legal uncertainty and insufficient protection of homeworkers' labor rights. Proposals are made to change the provisions of Articles 22 and 311 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
