MECHANISM OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The article presents current aspects of solving problems of human capital management in domestic industrial enterprises. This study is devoted to the formation of the author's mechanism of human capital management based on industrial enterprises. The article contains directions for increasing the degree of quality of human capital based on the education component. The solution of the above aspects requires the development of five issues in the context of the study: the author's system of human capital management; directions for increasing the degree of quality of human capital based on the education component; intellectualization of labor; the use of STEM technology to improve the degree of quality of human capital; the creation of meta-universities to improve the degree of quality of human capital.
