The need to achieve technological sovereignty is associated with the solution of two key multi–vector tasks - ensuring innovative development and the implementation of import substitution. This is due to the urgency of developing effective mechanisms for the participation of corporate structures in the ecosystem of technological sovereignty. The article proposes the concept of an ecosystem based on the principles of the theory of stakeholders and the business model of a multilateral platform that allows to coordinate the strategic interests of all participants in the ecosystem. It is advisable to coordinate the operational contour of the corporation's management system through the mechanism of a unified system of balanced indicators. This mechanism will improve both the overall strategic efficiency and sustainability of the corporation's development within the ecosystem, as well as optimize business processes and the resource contour of the hybrid value chain.
