THE FUTURE OF INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECTS: GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES AND STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

The article reveals the long-term prospects of international investment projects in the context of global transformations and the growing importance of sustainable development. The article analyzes current trends that require a review of priorities in the management of international investment projects and a transition from a profit maximization model to an approach based on the principles of environmental, social and corporate responsibility. The article provides a statistical analysis of the development of global design, as well as identifies key trends in the development of international investment projects. The novelty of the research lies in the development of original scenarios aimed at increasing the sustainability and effectiveness of international investment projects in the global investment environment. The author suggests three development scenarios: «in-depth regulation», «hybrid investment formats» and «technological transformation», substantiating the relevant legal requirements for the adaptation of participants in international investment projects.
