The paper contains a description of the main trends in the transformation of the labor market. The paper demonstrates that the traditional model of recruiting agencies’ services does not correspond to these trends or the needs of employers. Recommendations are formulated for the digital transformation of recruiting agencies, which include the provision of neuro-workers along with regular employees, and the transition to the "personnel as a service" model. The concept of a comprehensive personnel service product is proposed.
