As part of the growing competition in the market and the development of trends in the automation of production and business processes, the issues of structured process management for the implementation of information systems and decision support services are becoming more acute. At the same time, the issue of the applicability of flexible project management techniques for arbitrary projects under conditions of uncertainty is of particular importance. Within the framework of traditional approaches to project management in the field of information technology, it is customary to choose configurations of flexible management techniques in conditions of uncertainty and the classic cascade model of task flow organization for internal system projects. At the same time, difficulties arise in systematizing work, handling resource and time risks, which potentially reduces the investment attractiveness of projects in the field of digital transformation. In order to form an integrated approach that allows taking into account key aspects of building management processes, this paper considers well-known models for assessing the applicability of Agile in projects and proposes a model for evaluating project flexibility and configuring management techniques and strategies based on a normalized assessment of the resultant strength of Agile applicability factors. The formation of a management methodology based on the proposed grid will potentially reduce management costs and take into account the key points of applying a hybrid approach to project management in work processes.
