GROUP OF PERSONS IN CIVIL AND ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS

In this article, the author explores the concept of «group of persons» from the point of view of private class actions. It is noted that a group of persons represents a plurality of subjects of procedural law, the members of which must meet the material and procedural criteria of belonging to a group of persons. The article examines these criteria, and also makes a comparison between members of a group of persons and co-plaintiffs.
