PROBLEMS OF THE PROCESS OF LABOR AND SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION

This article examines the problems of the process of labor and social adaptation of young professionals during the period of primary employment. The categories of problems that may arise during adaptation to new working conditions are determined, and the periods of professional adaptation that a young professional goes through are determined. The role of mentoring in the framework of labor and social adaptation is noted, and a number of actions and stages that should be followed when working together between a mentor and a junior employee are highlighted.
