FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF MEDICAL AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT LOCAL CONDITIONS

The article provides a general description of the research of the problem field of interaction in medical and social work with people with disabilities. On this basis, the main approaches to identifying the principles of management of medical and social care, taking into account local conditions, are considered. The data of the conducted survey of the disabled are presented as a means of feedback in the management of medical and social care based on the principles that are implemented in specific local conditions on the example of Nizhny Novgorod. The author concludes that many problems of interdepartmental interaction of medical and social work with people with disabilities arise as a result of ignoring the specifics of this interaction in local conditions. Management principles should be dynamic in nature, depending on the changing situation, combining general and specific points.
