Problems of emergency housing remain today in all regions of the Russian Federation, including in the Siberian Federal District. The main purpose of the research within the framework of writing the article is to conduct a qualitative analysis of the residential real estate market in the Siberian Federal District, including the implementation of the emergency housing program. The article analyzes the state of the real estate market in the Siberian Federal District. Changes in the pace of housing commissioning in the regions of the Siberian Federal District in connection with the changing situation in the Russian economy have been revealed. The analysis of the implementation of the national project "Housing and urban environment", including the implementation of the emergency fund resettlement program through such program tools as: payment of compensation for seized residential premises, purchase of housing under construction from developers, purchase of ready-made housing from developers, purchase of housing on the secondary market. Trends in changes in prices and demand for housing in the secondary market and in the market of new buildings have been identified. Based on the analysis, the features and prospects of the real estate market development in the SFD are considered.
