The key condition for the success of research, development and launch of innovations is the implementation of the potential of the creative personnel of innovative companies. Currently, innovative personnel are predominantly represented by generations Y and Z, millennials and zoomers. Possessing high creative potential, representatives of these generations require adaptation of the management system of teams formed by millennials and zoomers to reveal the potential and effectively implement the innovation cycle at the early stages - research, development, launch. This article proposes a conceptual model for building a management system based on the methodology of the balanced scorecard system, which allows using the unique competencies of creative personnel and creating conditions for their implementation in business processes of creating innovations.
