CURRENT ISSUES IN THE APPLICATION OF PROCUREMENT LEGISLATION (BASED ON THE CASE LAW OF THE ARBITRATION COURT OF THE FAR EASTERN DISTRICT IN 2024)

The article analyzes the judicial practice of the Arbitration Court of the Far Eastern District on disputes related to the contract system in the field of procurement. Both theoretical problems arising during the conclusion of state and municipal contracts in the field of procurement and issues arising in practice during their execution are considered. Often, disputes cannot be resolved in a pre-trial manner, so the parties to the contract are forced to go to court. However, the courts are not always able to correctly assess the mutual obligations of the parties, which often leads to the cancellation of judicial acts by higher authorities. The judicial practice of the Far Eastern Federal District was chosen as the subject of the study.
