THE MAIN RISK OF BANKRUPTCY OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

The article is devoted to the topic of bankruptcy of management organizations, it analyzes the development of housing and communal relations between management companies and resource supply organizations over the past decade. Problematic aspects are highlighted. It is concluded that it is necessary to organize direct settlements between owners and resource supply organizations as the main way to minimize the risks of management companies.
