In recent years, artificial intelligence has become an integral part of many business processes of the enterprise, including personnel management. Modern technologies provide unique opportunities to optimize HR management processes, improve employee interaction and improve the efficiency of organizations as a whole. This article examines the relevance of the study of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in personnel management, the main directions and examples of its use in personnel management using the example of large Russian companies (Sberbank and Yandex): automation of the recruitment process, staff analysis and interviews, motivation and support of personnel, training and development of employees. The article also identifies problems and challenges in the use of artificial intelligence for personnel management: ethical and legal issues, lack of qualified specialists, resistance to change, subjectivity of decision-making. Based on this, relevant recommendations are proposed and the prospects for using this technology to improve the efficiency of managerial personnel processes are considered. The author concludes that artificial intelligence, for various reasons, cannot replace a personnel management specialist, but only serves as an assistant to improve the effectiveness of decisions made.
