REGIONAL FEATURES OF THE CRIME OF INDIGENOUS MINORITIES OF THE FAR EASTERN FEDERAL DISTRICT

the study assesses the reasons for the formation of illegal behavior on the part of representatives of indigenous peoples in modern conditions. The author touches upon the issue of the essence of this category, as well as the state of the current legislation regulating the issues of its self-expression. The importance of reassessing the social position of the affected subjects, taking into account their special identity, as well as the factors that influence their behavior, expressed in a criminal act, is emphasized. An assessment of the general state of affairs with crime in this environment is given, and the proposals made by various researchers regarding its eradication are also evaluated.
