TORT LIABILITY FOR HARM CAUSED BY UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES

The article gives a general characteristic of the tort regime of unmanned aerial vehicles with different technical characteristics and purpose. The author considers the structure of the obligation of causing harm by drones. The grounds and conditions of tort liability for harm caused by drones are considered. The author reveals regularities in the establishment of conditions for the occurrence of tort liability for harm caused by drones, based on the legal regime of the source of increased danger and the purpose of drones.
