The current review of the growing popularity of gamification technologies and the undeniable success of its application in an educational context is aimed at a more realistic approach to research in this area. This article discusses the concept and essence of gamification, its goals, objectives and tools for personnel management in an enterprise. The following gamification tools for personnel management are characterized: the introduction of a point system, leaderboards, virtual rewards, simulations, quests, interactive scenarios, role-playing games, behavioral models in various situations, team competitions, joint projects, individual learning trajectories, adaptive tests. The author has identified the problems of using gamification tools in Russian enterprises: resistance to change on the part of employees, cultural characteristics, limited resources, lack of experience and knowledge, difficulties in evaluating the effectiveness of gamified learning. To solve these problems, possible solutions have been selected in modern conditions that will improve the efficiency of personnel management of the enterprise. Solving the identified problems will improve the effectiveness of the gamification tools considered and the effectiveness of personnel management in general at modern Russian enterprises, which, in turn, will contribute to improving the efficiency of their activities.
