THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTER-ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THE CONTEXT OF SANCTIONS RESTRICTIONS AS AN ADVANTAGE OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF MUSICAL WORKS BY RUSSIAN MUSICIANS

The article analyzes the impact of sanctions pressure on the music industry, in particular on the electronic music market, and considers the opportunities for promoting Russian artists in the current environment. The paper notes that such major streaming services as Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music and YouTube Music have restricted access for Russian users and stopped hosting content from Russian music labels. This makes it much more difficult to promote domestic musicians abroad, especially independent artists not affiliated with major labels. The article emphasizes that electronic music is the fastest growing genre, but Russian artists face limitations in using promotional tools and international platforms for promotion. The authors explore the possibility of building inter-organizational links for distribution and promotion of music to foreign markets, analyze existing distribution services and their features, and present data on the average cost of listening on various streaming platforms. The conclusion is that it is necessary to develop inter-organizational cooperation and use digital technologies to expand the presence of Russian artists on the international music scene.
