This work is aimed at solving the recently widespread problem of deviant behavior of a number of citizens who provoke law enforcement officers to verbal or non-verbal aggression, or try to make them appear incompetent in the process of interaction with them. The main goal of such activity is to record everything that happens on a video camera and publish the footage in telecommunications networks or in the media to monetize their blog and ensure growth in popularity. A number of circumstances identified during the study indicate the need to establish criminal liability for committing an act in the form of publishing an image of a law enforcement officer without his consent. As a result, it is proposed to supplement the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with interrelated norms prohibiting the commission of the act in question.
Keywords:criminal liability, administrative liability, administrative prejudice, personal data, civil service, government representative, police, Russian Guard.
