The article examines the state-legal trends of digital support for government agencies. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that in recent years there has been an increasing role of digital technologies in public administration. Digitalization of public administration requires interaction between legal norms, technological solutions and their integration into the system of public authorities. The purpose of the study is to identify state-legal trends in the field of digital support for government agencies. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve tasks aimed at studying the legal aspects of the digitalization of government agencies, identifying problems and developing proposals for their solution. The research uses comparative, systemic, and functional methods. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the expansion of scientific ideas about the legal foundations of the digitalization of public administration. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of recommendations for government agencies aimed at improving the legal support of digitalization processes. When writing the article, problems related to digital software were identified, and ways to minimize them were proposed. The results of the study can be useful for government agencies and lawyers dealing with public administration issues.
