SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE THEORY OF INDIRECT EVIDENCE

This article describes the most important aspects of the theory of indirect evidence - such as: what the evidence is; how derivatives and initial information correlate, helping to clarify the degree of reliability of the events; reasonable cases of recourse to derivative material evidence; problems of inadmissibility and unreliability of circumstantial evidence; possible distortion due to subjective factors. The purpose of the article is to characterize indirect evidence and determine its significance for legal proceedings.
