LEVEL SERIES OF THE «CONTROL» CATEGORY

The article examines the level series of the category «control» based on the methodology of system analysis, which is important for building a modern control paradigm. The purpose of the study is to systematize and supplement the existing knowledge about control in law. The article consistently argues that the level series of the category «control» includes two elements. In conclusion, it is concluded that the level series of the category «control» is a combination of public and state control, with a focus on the significance of each level and their structural composition, which is determined by the characteristics of society and the state.
