THE METHODOLOGY OF FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN DEVELOPMENT ALGORITHMS

This article examines the methodology of functional support for project management in development. The analysis showed that for the successful implementation of the development project it is necessary: a) clearly define the composition of the functional blocks and cover all key areas of activity (from concept to sales); b) establish a transparent distribution of responsibilities among all members of the project team and eliminate uncertainty and duplication of responsibilities.; c) to build a reliable information support system, including electronic document management and checkpoints, thanks to which the project implementation becomes transparent, and deviations are identified and corrected in time; d) to optimize the internal business processes of the development so that they support rather than slow down the progress of the project. The fulfillment of these conditions forms a reliable foundation for the development of an effective methodology for the functional support of project management in development.
