A SYSTEM OF CIVIL LAW WAYS TO PROTECT INFORMATION RIGHTS

The article examines the civil law methods of protecting information rights in the Russian Federation from the perspective of the state, citizens and legal entities. It is determined that the regulatory framework in the field of information protection is presented in the context of personal data protection, information, electronic interaction between different entities, as well as compliance with confidential information. In addition, the article presents an analysis of digital risks and protection of digital information in modern conditions, its development in the context of ongoing changes. Problems in risk management in the online environment have been identified, as well as the need to improve and tighten legislation regulating sources of digital relationships.
