ON THE NEED TO IMPROVE THE LEGISLATIVE MODEL OF THE LEGAL REGIME OF EMERGENCY

This article analyzes the content and significance of one of the types of special legal regimes, the state of emergency. The article uses the opinions and conclusions of various authors, as well as the provisions of domestic and foreign legislation, as a theoretical basis. The article highlights the historical aspects of the formation and development of this legal regime and concludes that it needs further legislative improvement to meet the current realities.
